Before distribution
If you cancel before your release is sent to the wire or pitched, you receive a full refund.
Declined releases
If we decline your release under our content guidelines, you receive a full refund.
After distribution
Once a release has been distributed, the service has been delivered and the fee is non-refundable. If a package site is missed, we will redistribute or credit the difference.
Editorial and magazine work
Writing and pitching fees cover work already performed and are non-refundable once work has started, since coverage is never guaranteed.
How to request
Send a request through the contact form on our homepage with your order details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
